Ms. Alla Levitskaia - Doctor Habilitat of economic sciences, acting professor at Comrat State University, expert in regional economic development. Has experience in teaching courses such as: “Strategic management”, “Tourism economics”, “Methods and styles of leadership”, “Conflict management”. In 2000 Dr.Levitskaia defended her doctorate in economics (ASEM); in 2014-2015 she was engaged in research and study of the “Economics of Innovation Changes” in post-doctoral studies at Jena F. Schiller University (Germany).

In 2017, she defended her habilitation theses on the topic “Management of the regional economy innovative development”. As a national expert (TACIS, USAID, GIZ, GGF, Oxford Policy Management,) participated in the development of the “Small and Medium Business Development Program 2005-2010”, “Regional Development Strategy of ATU Gagauzia 2017-2022”, “Regional Development Sector Program on Business support Infrastructure 2017-2022” for the South and ATU Gagauzia development regions. She is the author of a series of research papers: OSCE mission and EaP PLUS project in the field of regional innovation and cluster development, UNDP program “Strengthening Confidence Building Measures on Both Banks of the Dniester river”.

Dr.Levitskaia is a director of the Regional Economic Development Institute (REDI) which implements a number of projects in the field of local community development (ECORYS) and the civil society sector (GIZ), and is the founder of the Gagauzia Regional Tourist Information Center (TAGagauzia). Within the framework of the EU project GAMCON she is the author of the “Strategy of Wine Tourism” in ATU Gagauzia. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian and English, understands Romanian language.

ALLA LEVITSKAIA - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Stela Corobceanu is ex-Deputy Foreign Minister and Team Leader of multiple European projects, she has been involved in Regional Development, Central Public Administration Reform, as National Coordinator advising the Prime Minister’s office on Central Public Administration Reform to thoroughly re-engineer and professionalize the Central Public Administration. She has experience in promoting good governance and strong democratic practices in Public and Private Sector Development domains: such as public policy formulation for Regional Development, SMEs development, Private Farmers Assistance; Export Promotion and Investments attraction– all of them contributing to a multifaceted vision of the real challenges faced by Republic of Moldova in striving to raise the living standards and increase the quality of public services provided to the population. She facilitated the creation of the proper dialog platforms to wholly involve and strengthen the capacity of national, regional and local authorities and other stakeholders to implement effective and sustainable economic development policies in the areas of intervention.

She actively participated in the development of policy papers, analytical studies, wrote over 30 articles in various economic publications.

STELA COROBCEANU - PROGRAMS DIRECTOR

Elena Vasilioglo - More that ten years she has operated in finance and accounting sector forming a solid and well grounded experience, knowledge of the specifics of NGO's work. Besides, she was also actively involved in various project management initiatives as a leading manager ( i.e. Peace Corps and GaMoCon was supported by EU).
